Join us at the beautiful Prested Hall for post Christmas detox retreat, allowing yourself to unwind, relax and rest. Wild Kula is here to offer something different from other retreats, giving you a space that allows you to unwind and be yourself in a non judgement environment. Offering fun and dynamic yoga classes, alongside mingling, laughing and sharing great food!
 
Prested Hall is a charming Hotel in Essex, a beautiful 15th century part moated manor house. This boutique hotel boasts comfortable beds, fantastic views and a family style service, ensuring a rested rejuvenating stay. 
 
Together we will explore  Hatha, Vinyasa & Nidra yoga, overlooking 75 acre of stunning parkland! These soulful practices have been designed to leave you feeling nourished and alive, as well as exploring how FUN yoga can be!
 
In your free time you can enjoy the facilities at the Health spa next door, including a 20m pool, sauna & steam room and a full Elemis spa or why not explore nature and walk one of the many trails through the grounds.

Wild Kula believes that you can still be yogi and eat what makes you feel your best self, there is no restrictions here! 
 
A 3 course dinner is included on the day of arrival, as well as a full cooked breakfast the following morning. Tea and coffee is included in all the bedrooms.
