What happens in a Yoga class?

After settling in we begin with a few minutes of breath work, then move into a Asana (pose) practice we then come down to the mat for some deserved rest in Savasana.

Do I need to be flexible?

Absolutely not! Yoga is about smooch more than just being able to touch your toes. and besides we join a class to get better at something!

I feel nervous being in a room full of people - can I book a private class?

Of course! I can offer private 1-2-1 or group sessions in the comfort of your own home or at a studio of your choice. Get in touch today to book.

Can I leave before Savasana?

We are all busy people, and if you do need to leave a class before savasana please be as discreet as possible. Although I encourage you to stay, and take the well deserved you time!

Can I borrow a mat?

The studio in Colchester has plenty of mats to borrow, the Kelvedon space has no equipment, if you can bring your own mat great, I have a few available to borrow these are first come first served!

How do I know I am doing it right?

It is always good to remember there is no right or wrong or yoga. What feels good on your body, may look different to someone else's. I tis about developing your body awareness and what works for you.
